Confucius Day at Christ’s college Finchley

On 28 September 2016, the Confucius Institute for Business London held a Confucius Day event at Christ’s College Finchley (CCF). CIBL staff departed for Finchley at 10:30am and helped to set up the classrooms and the drama hall when they arrived.

2016 Deloitte Mid-Autumn Event

On 19 September 2016, Confucius Institute For Business London (CIBL) successfully held an event at Deloitte to celebrate the Mid-autumn Festival. CIBL provided a desks for Chinese zodiac, Chinese painting and calligraphy and for mooncakes tasting.

2016 CIBL Away Day

On 24^th June 2016, CIBL staff traveled to Richmond University (RU) for their away day. After arriving at the venue the CIBL team were welcomed by Prof Zhang Xinsheng. The event began with a talk by Prof Deng who gave a fascinating talk on the effects of the UK leaving the EU and then answered questions raised.

2016 Danny Quah’s Farewell

On 16 June 2016, Prof Danny Quah was invited to the CIBL office to say goodbye to his colleagues at CIBL as he prepares to move on from the LSE. A party was held in the CIBL office in honour of his efforts in helping the development of CIBL over the past 10 years.
