On 6 February, 2015 Prof. Zhou Hanmin, member of CPPCC Standing Committee, and vice chairman of Shanghai CPPCC visited the Confucius Institute for Business London (CIBL) at the London School of Economics and Political Science. Prof. Richard Macve, member of the CIBL Steering Group and CIBL staff members met Prof. Zhou. Prof. Macve, on behalf of CIBL, welcomed Prof. Zhou and CIBL Office Manager Craig Meegan briefed him on CIBL history and the teaching and cultural activities CIBL is undertaking.
Prof. Zhou Hanmin talked about the latest progress of Shanghai Free-Trade Zone and its prospects. Prof. Macve discussed the challenges facing Shanghai Free-Trade Zone with Prof. Zhou about and also the legal issues and developments surrounding foreign investments.
