On 13 February 2014, the celebration of Chinese Lantern Festival was held at CIBL. On this occasion, CIBL expressed its gratitude and appreciation to all of those who have kindly supported and helped CIBL in the past. More than thirty people from LSE and the local community attended this event. CIBL China director, Prof. Luo Lisheng, gave a talk on the history of this festival and its unique activities and food. After the talk, guests enjoyed trying traditional Chinese dishes and experiencing the culture and festive atmosphere of the Lantern Festival.
