On the 8th of October 2013, Dr. Hong LU from the Confucius Institute for Business London was invited to deliver a talk on “Understanding the Needs of Chinese Students at LSE”. Based on the experience of the Chinese students at LSE, Dr. LU objectively analyzed the problems caused by cultural differences, language barriers, different lifestyles, and proposed some suggestions to help these students. More than 40 LSE academic and administrative staff joined the talk which received very positive feedback.
