Steps of application:

Step 2: Please download and fill in the application form.
Step 3: Make the payment

In the amount section please MANUALLY enter the couse fee (make sure the quantity section shows 1 unless you are making 2 separate payments for the amount above)

Forward the automatically generated payment confirmation form to Craig Meegan
